Explorer - a new wood-leather fragrance for men, released in 2019 by the French fashion house Mont Blanc. Another flagship perfume of the brand following the popular Legend and Emblem. One of the world's leading perfumers Olivier Pescheux took part in the creation of the composition. The novelty invites us to a fantastic expedition to all continents of the world: from South Africa to Haiti, Italy and Indonesia, which gives us the opportunity to discover the rarest ingredients and methods of their manufacture, combining centuries-old craftsmanship with the latest technology. The pyramid opens with refreshing notes of Calabrian bergamot from Italy, spicy pink pepper and bitter nutmeg sage. The rich chords of leather and Tahitian vetiver with its "masculine" sound are heard in the heart. The sound is completed by a basic trail of patchouli from Indonesia, cocoa, woody shades of the Akigalavud molecule (with bright shades of pepper and agar wood) and ambroxane. The perfume is enclosed in a stylish black cylindrical bottle, wrapped in a material that imitates the skin. The bottle is decorated with the brand's signature star, which is present on all Montblanc leather goods.
