The composition is part of the new collection of fragrances "Les Eaux De Chanel", inspired by the travels of the brand's founder Gabrielle Chanel to the cities of France and Italy. The perfume is dedicated to one of her favorite cities - Venice. It was this city that helped her come to terms with the pain after the death of her lover, the famous polo player Arthur Capel in a car accident.

The bouquet of the composition is the border between East and West, a contrast of light and dark tones, freshness and sensuality. It includes cheerful notes of neroli combined with the enveloping warmth of an oriental amber accord with hints of vanilla and tonka beans. The perfume pyramid opens with delicate spicy notes of pink pepper surrounded by sparkling citrus shades of orange, bergamot, lemon and petitgrain. The floral heart features accords of neroli, iris, rose, geranium and ylang-ylang (a natural aphrodisiac). The sound is completed by a soft sensual trail made up of delicate powdery notes of vanilla, bittersweet tonka beans, resinous benzoin, white musk and floral accents of smoky iris and night violet. The perfume is housed in a light, round bottle made of clear transparent glass, topped with a black cylindrical cap.
